| Abstract | This content treats art as an integrating force in the project of human formation in Theatre. The objective is to analyze the relation of tension between integration/fragmentation in the work of human formation, in the technical course in Theatre in the Federal University of Para, looking at the development of an artistic pedagogical practice that has in its art its vital potential of integration. The specific objectives seek to analyze the relation work, art and human formation; to analyze the contradictions in the technical teaching of the Arts, in the School of Theatre of the Federal University of Para; identify processes of integration/fragmentation in the technical course of theater of UFPA. Presents as an hypothesis that the human integral formation, in the perspective of the human being as a social being and an historical concrete totality and the processes of human formation of fragmented in the logic of the market, in permanent tension in the core of the technical course of theatre, at the same time germinates limits, produce possibilities, resulting in the permanent construction of an artisticpedagogical practice that has in its art its vital potential of integration, even under a capitalistic form. Vital potentiality manifests itself in the broadening of its vision of the world, critical analysis with widening meaning in its practice, in the reality in which one lives. A developed methodology is the case study, having as its instrument data intake ; semi structured interviews with 5 teachers of the technical course in theatre and the analysis of content was a technique for analysis of the data. An adopted theory maintains that art possesses important significance from the point of theoreticalphilosophical view and practice, by exercising a humanizing function of the person, counter pointing the processes of formation that negate the human being; that reduces him/her to mere instruments of reproduction of the logic of capitalism. We identify that the processes of integration/fragmentation manifests itself and concretizes in the pedagogical practice of teachers from the conception of human formation in theatre; from the form of how to under stand functions of art in the core of the course; from the relation of tension between “free” and the techniques of strategies and adopted forms in the course. We characterize the practices of artisticpedagogia as integrating and fragmenting e departing from that, we conclude that the processes of integration/fragmentation in constant tension with the core of the technical course, in spite of its limitations, are germinators of possibilities against hegemony that is expressed in the permanent construction of an artistic pedagogical, Amazonica practice, that has in its art its integrating, vital potential. |
