Abstract	The French social assistance system is generally considered an example thanks to the quality and diversity of its services. However, its evolution is straightly linked to the economical context and politics that have been developed since the 1980s. When denaturalizing the economical context we identify what seems to be administrative and technical measures that take place by means of the study of a certain social allocation, and are revealed as the result of political will. Therefore, this article indicates the effective and non-offi cial process of recentralization of the French State.
