Abstract	PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper is an industry in the field of pulp and paper that is in dire need of electricity supply to run its production. Electricity supply at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, namely Boilers and Turbine Generators, is a source of electricity used in running production. In the boiler process there are various components for the course of production one of which is the conveyor as a means of transportation to the boiler fuel chamber. Based on observations and looking at data on the conveyor downtime data, it is known that the frequency of damage to the conveyor is quite high at 120.00 hours / month which results in more frequent stopping of production activities. To optimize the performance of the conveyor component, it is necessary to analyze the maintenance policy and maintenance activities using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. The critical system with the highest downtime is the motor that will be determined by the policy and maintenance maintenance activities using RCM. Based on the results of data processing using RCM, obtained an effective maintenance policy that is TD (Time Directed) and appropriate maintenance activities are Reactive / Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Maintenance. Obtained from the calculation of the average time of repair / replacement with a time of 11.7370 hours, and the inspection interval time of 5.6658 hours, an inspection is carried out on the conveyor motor.
