| Abstract | Widely understood innovative processes constitute the crucial factor projecting onto the competitive position of the organization today. Efficient leading innovative processes requires however having determined stores of knowledge as well as the access to different sources of knowledge or information. Next the knowledge collected in innovative processes must be appropriately stored and available. Requirements put by surroundings for contemporary enterprises in the main measuring cup come down to constant leading of new releases to the market, widening offered ranges of products, fast reacting to incessantly changing needs of customers etc. Irrespective of it internal requirements of the organization cause the need to take diverse action about character of innovations which will enable the minimization of costs of functioning of the enterprise. These innovations concern technological solutions, applied manufacturing processes, organization of production systems in the main in the main measuring cup etc. So it is possible to state that contemporary requirements of the efficient and effective business administration require competent using available concepts, methods or management techniques. It is this way among others in case of using the knowledge management in innovation processes or more widely managing innovations. Problems of this type are today often put as research problems, which is being tried thoroughly to analyses and practically to use results of those surveys in the business administration. |
