| Abstract | The market environment is unstable for business and for consumers. More informed consumers demand solutions that are increasingly specific to their problems. Marketing becomes more important, strategic marketing planning is key to driving an organization to turn to customers in the quest to ensure the satisfaction of their needs. In this context, the objective of the research was to evaluate the factors that influence consumer satisfaction of Bonanza Supermercados - Loja Mauricio de Nassau. A quantitative research of an exploratory-descriptive nature was carried out, profiles were analyzed and a perception about the satisfaction with the supermarket of 372 respondents was analyzed. The results obtained were an identification of a possible bottleneck related to the quantity of products and brands available to the customer and promotions. It was also verified that the general level of satisfaction in the perception of the respondents is positive, which guarantees a quantity of value delivered their own clients in their services rendered. |
