La calidad democratica exige mas transparencia y una mayor rendicion de cuentas. Today is a necessity, the modernization of the control of the management and the public policies in the Public Administrations;and in this important target the role of the Superior Audity Institutions had a very and relevant role.The quality of actual democracy ,demand more transparence and major accountability.
