| Abstract | The increase in surface air temperature that has taken place in the last decades has important implications for sustainability, given its negative impacts on both economic sectors and biodiversity. In the present work we analyse the mean annual temperature anomalies from 1931 to 2008 in Spain, comparing them with the temperature averages between 1961 and 1990. The results show that Spain has a warming tendency from the early seventies up to the present. |
