| Abstract | This exploratory research method with cross aimed to identify signs of bullying on employees from the administrative area of a public sector institution in Bogotá, which was assessed with the questionnaire that identifies Mobbing level psychosocial risk sources or causes, consequences and implications symptomatic. According to the results showed no risk of bullying in the state, since the scores were on average 2.4, and need to be greater than 3.5 for the identification of harassment. However there is a relationship between the scores of all scales and other evidence of internal consistency scores of the likelihood of workplace bullying |
