| Abstract | In this paper we study the legal regime of the simplified joint stock company (S.A.S.) and its adaptation to facilitate the establishment and operation of SMEs. We start the legal concept of SMEs and their economic importance. Later we briefly address the main problems that SMEs face. In a third time we analyze the legal regime of the new S.A.S. contained in the reform of the General Law of Commercial Companies. |
