Abstract	The current Final Master ́s Work has aimed to show in a clear, concise and orderly way my development of nine competences present in the course of the Master of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources. Firstly, I have started to set out my competences prior to the Master ́s degree with an assessment of 1-4, besides indicating my expectations to exercise those competences along the Master ́s degree. These competences showed a reduced valuation. Secondly, I have to indicate my acquisition, exercise and development of these competences by the way of the theoretical study and the practical exercise and within my stay as a student of practices, demonstrating by examples how I have exercised each of these competences. Together I have indicated a valuation of these competences, which were higher than in the initial evaluation. Thirdly, I have made a comparative assessment of my previous and posterior competences, indicating if my expectations have been satisfied, and if I consider continuing with the practice of these competences. Finally, I have to indicate my intention to work within the area of Human Resources, as well as to learn about business economy and gamification and be able to use this knowledge in the work and study of Sports Psychology.
