Abstract	Nowadays, the operations associated with the supply chains constitute a fundamental part of international trade. The sector of the transport constitutes a key link for the mobilization of the goods from his origin up to the point of destination, for what to generate the conditions that favor the suitable presentation of this service must turn out to be priority in any national agenda. This work has as aim raise the problematics in the one that is nowadays the sector of Colombian transport of loads. From an exhaustive review of a set of sources of documentary and scientific information, the present test offers a panorama of the diverse factors that form the current crisis of the sector transport and his impact in the operations of the international trade, exposing the persons' diverse points of view and organizations directly related to the topic, in order to offer to the reader an integral and updated vision.
