Abstract	The development of the project arises due to the problem that exists in our canton due to ignorance of the application, with the course of the investigation the idea of developing an application for the purchase of products and services online in the Chone canton is built. It was possible to outline the objectives and the systematics of the research that allow to know and analyze the opinions and valuations of the users when making purchases online in the canton. Interviews and surveys were carried out with the owners, who provided the need for the application in business, regardless of the commercial area, because they opened up better income for the premises and more employment generation, when making the acquisition they could See the products or services, prices, location in which time they arrive at the business. The objective of this research is to determine the use of mobile applications for the purchase of products or services online from the city of Chone, which will provide information efficiently and effectively for users. The methods used in the investigation were several, one of them was the descriptive method to be able to study the qualities of the city of Chone in regards to customers who make various purchases of products or services, through the survey we managed to obtain data that They will help us determine the feasibility of using mobile applications in the city.
