Abstract	El Retratamiento de Conductos debe ser siempre la primera opción terapéutica para solucionar un fracaso endodóntico. Durante la selección del caso es importante realizar un correcto diagnóstico para evitar un procedimiento erróneo que nos lleve al fracaso. Teniendo en consideración la complejidad del sistema de conductos radiculares y el hecho de que nuestros instrumentos únicamente tienen la posibilidad de tener acceso a los conductos principales, necesitamos tener recursos adicionales adecuados, como son las soluciones irrigadoras y el ultrasonido, para poder llegar a esas zonas inaccesibles y eliminar la mayor carga bacteriana posible. Ayudados con la Magnificación se puede observar muchas zonas de difícil acceso y ser preparadas tanto mecánica como químicamente. Retreatment is the first option of therapy for failed root canal procedures. During the selection of the case for Retreatment is important to do a correct diagnosis to avoid an erroneous procedure that leads to a failure. The complexity of the root canal system and that our instruments only can access the main canals, we need to use appropriate additional resources like irrigation solution and ultrasound to reach those inaccessible areas and eliminate the mayor part of bacterial inside the root canal. Helped with the magnification, we can see many remote areas and we have the opportunity to clean both mechanically and chemically. RETRATAMIENTO
