Abstract	INTRODUCTION: The Informational Literacy is a process directed to develop competitions in the workers so that they can know when and why they need information, where to find it, how to evaluate it, to use it and to communicate it in an ethical way. PURPOSE: The purpose of the investigation is foster in the scientists the necessary development to diffuse the scientific production by means of writing workshops of scientific articles as part of the essential objectives of the Higher Education. METHODOLOGY: For it the diffusion, the positioning and the visibility so much national as international it is very important, all time that is the form in that these publications are given to know to the scientific community. RESULTS: A made investigation is presented in the Directorate of Scientific Information Management of the University of Camaguey "Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz, jointly with the University Publishing House and the career. CONCLUSIONS: The result shows the institutional work of improvements to facilitate to the scientific community the publication processes.
