Abstract	The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the main cause of cervical cancer. The objective of this study was to identify how many students performed the HPV vaccination and assess the level of knowledge of students of the State Institute of Education Teacher Annes Dias. The survey was conducted by applying an individual questionnaire and without identification. We realized that even with the vaccination campaign of the Ministry of Health, many young people are still unaware of HPV, and the effectiveness and the importance of immunization, getting clear that we should still intervene in the school, along with faculty to increase knowledge and promote preventing school against HPV.
