Resumen: Los derechos de ninos y ninas constituyen el principal test sobre los derechos humanos en las sociedades actuales. En las ultimas decadas del siglo XX y principios del siglo XXI han proliferado distintos marcos normativos en materia de atencion y proteccion al menor derivado de una preocupacion internacional de la infancia y por la aparicion de nuevos modelos migratorios de menores no acompanados que atraviesas las fronteras internacionales en condiciones de alta vulnerabilidad. Palabras claves: Menores extranjeros no acompanados, proteccion y atencion, vulnerabilidad, derechos Abstract: The rights of children are the main test on human rights in modern societies. In the last decades of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century have proliferated different regulatory frameworks for care and child protection derived from a international concern for children and the emergence of new patterns of migration of unaccompanied minors who go through international borders under conditions of high vulnerability.
