| Abstract | Quality of Service support for Mobile Ad hoc Networks is an exigent task due to dynamic topology and limited resource. To support QoS, the link state information such as delay, bandwidth , jitter, cost, error rate and node energy in the network should be avail able and manageable. QOS is one the basic requirement of a n etwork and when we talk about the Mobile Network this is the h ighly constraint requirement of a user. To improve the quality of se rvice we use different changes in MANET protocols, its parameter, routing algorithm etc. The proposed work is to define a gen etic based routing approach to optimize the routing in MANETs. The genetic approach will generate an optimized path on the basic of con gestion over the network. The result path will improve the data deli very over the network. The focus of the paper is to study about M ANET, QOS and tries to develop a network on which genetic algorit hm is applied to generate an optimized path. |
