| Abstract | An experiment was conducted at the Poultry Farm of the Federal University of Viçosa in order to evaluate two enzymes alone and in association on the performance of broilers. 2000 from 14 to 28 days allotted in a randomized block design were used. Enzymes used were a phytase, protease and the association of both. The diets were divided into three groups (Group of Phytase, Protease Group and the Group of association of the two enzymes), each group had a negative control (CN), which was formulated by making the reduction of nutrient levels according to enzyme related to the group, a diet in which the enzyme was added to this negative control replacing starch and a diet which was added to the negative control limestone, phosphate, oil and amino acid substitution in the sand and starch matrix so that it had the same nutritional levels predicted by arrays of enzymes (CP). And a treatment levels predicted by Rostagno et al. (2011). Thus the treatments were: T1: Negative Control Phytase (CNF), T2: Negative Control + Phytase Phytase Enzyme (CNFF), T3: Negative Control Fixed Phytase (CNPF), T4: Negative Control Protease (CNP), T5: Negative Control + protease protease Enzyme (CNPP), T6: Negative Control protease Fixed (CPP), T7: Negative Control Phytase protease (HFFS), T8: Negative Control protease Phytase Phytase Enzyme + + protease Enzyme (CNAA), T9: Positive Control Phytase protease (CPA) and T10: Brazilian tables. By adding phytase was improved (P <0.05) in weight gain and feed conversion of broilers compared to submetidoa treatment CNF. There was no effect (P <0.05) protease on the weight gain, but she provided a reduction in consumption. By combining the two enzymes was no significant improvement in the performance of birds in relation to CNA equaling the CPA. |
