| Abstract | The work sought to bring understanding of the need for management by processes. The mapping of the processes of compliance with legal requirements can minimize losses in the Private Security enterprise, because if the company keeps its processes organized, thus avoiding the business stoppage and also losses with fines. Effective management means that in addition to preventing the losses already mentioned, it can bring the possibility of gain with the expansion of the Private Security services market. Notwithstanding existing legislation, each enterprise must seek ways of managing the various processes and whenever possible, have systems or software to better organize the work and have a more organized previous checlist of the actions necessary to be taken to maintain the business. For this purpose a questionnaire was applied to the Federal Police and a bibliographical review of existing norms and publications on the subject matter. |
