| Abstract | Currently one of the main roles of the education is to provide the humankind's capacity to ensure its own growth and sustainable development. For that, there is a need for teachers to have access to programs that help to empower themselves to better develop its function. In this bias, it is understood that the Professional Master is an interesting option for professionals who wish to master's degree, but choose a formation that enhance the professional experience and allow, directly, gaining a solid knowledge to practice and technological excellence. Given this fact, and being the social inclusion one of the most innovative features of a Professional Master, this article present and reflect some products generated in the Professional Masters of Teaching Science and Technology offered by the Federal Technological University of Parana (UTFPR), Campus Ponta Grossa. |
