Abstract	Este artigo traz reflexoes sobre as novas configuracoes do trabalho no Brasil e as mudancas na forma de organizacao da politica de saude, no atual contexto de reestruturacao produtiva capitalista sob a egide do neoliberalismo, desencadeadas a partir da crise estrutural e em nivel mundial do capital no final dos anos 60 e inicio dos anos 70 do seculo XX. Enfatiza a atencao basica caracterizada como contato preferencial da populacao com o Sistema Unico de Saude (SUS), bem como os seus avancos e retrocessos em direcao a efetivacao do direito social a saude. Reafirma a centralidade do trabalho na sociedade capitalista contemporânea de orientacao teorica neoliberal, as novas configuracoes do trabalho e as mudancas na forma de organizacao da politica de saude como materializacao das repercussoes das proprias transformacoes societarias. THE NEW CONFIGURATIONS OF WORK IN BRAZIL AND THE CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL FORM OF HEALTH PUBLIC POLICY Abstract: A reflection on the new configurations of labor in Brazil and the changes in the organizational form of health policy in the current context of capitalist is presented. A restructuring process under the aegis of neoliberalism, triggered by the structural crisis and global capital in the late 60’s and early 70’s of the last century is also presented. Emphasizes in the primary care characterized as preferred contact with the population of the Sistema Unico de Saude (SUS) and its ebbs and flows towards the real implementation of the social right to health reaffirms the centrality of work in the contemporary capitalist society of neoliberal theoretical orientation, the new configurations of work and changes in the way of the organization of health policy as the embodiment of the repercussions of its transformations in society.
