A. da Silva et al. organic matter contents are generally low and the salinity of the soils is one of the great problems due to the imbalance in the water balance. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the gaseous changes of pine, with different levels of organic matter in the soil, under salt stress. The experiment was conducted in a protected environment, in a semi-arid region, specifically in the municipality of Pombal-PB. As for the experimental design, a randomized block design with four replications was used, with factorial arrangement of 5 levels of salinity x 4 organic matter contents. At 30 days a physiological analysis was performed, where the stomatal conductance, photosynthesis, transpiration, Ci concentration, water use efficiency and carboxylation can be determined. The obtained data were evaluated by analysis of variance by the 'F' test followed and / or polynomial regression. The gaseous exchanges of pineapple plants are impaired under saline stress conditions. The organic matter influences positively in the gas exchanges of photosynthesis, stomatal conductance and transpiration of the pine tree seedlings. |
