| Abstract | Background: There are few studies on macromycetes in Mexico City and Mexico State. Objective: Increase knowledge about the diversity and distribution of macromycetes in urban zones of Mexico. Methods: Recollections were made in the rainy season from 2012 to 2017. Routine techniques in mycology with specialized literature for the determination of species were used. Results and conclusions: A list of 32 species (1 incertae sedis and 31 basidiomycetes) is presented. Hebeloma crustuliniforme, H. radicosum and Parasola auricoma are new records for the Mexican mycobiota. For the first time in urban areas, genera that normally grow in coniferous forests, mixed forests and arid zones are recorded. |
