Abstract	SONY PEBRIANTO. Utilization of Organic and NPK Fertilizer on Growth of Three Year Old Oil Palm (Elaeis quineensis Jacq.). Supervised by SUDRADJAT. Limited availability of productive land, causing expansion of oil palm plantations leads to less fertile land. Combination treatment with the organic fertilizer and NPK compound fertilizer is generally effective in agronomy. This study aims to study the effect of organic fertilizers, NPK compound and its combination of organic fertilizers and NPK compound that gives the best effect on the immature oil palm plant three years. The research was conducted at IPBCargill Teaching Farm Jonggol, Bogor from September 2015 to March 2016. The experimental design using factorial randomize block design with three replications. Treatment of organic fertilizer ( O ) consisted of 0 ( O0 ), 30 ( O1 ) and 60 ( O2 ) kg plant 1 semester – 1 . NPK compound fertilizer consisted of 0 ( M0 ), 1,25 ( M1 ) and 2,5 ( M2 ) kg plant 1 semester 1 . Treatment of organic fertilizers and interactions of organic fertilizer and NPK compound no significant effect on the response of morphology and physiology. NPK compound at rate of 2,5 kg plant -1 semester -1 can increase plant height, stem girth, fronds production, leaf number, leaf area and frond length .
