Estabelecimento de normas DRIS e diagnóstico nutricional do cafeeiro conilon orgânico e convencional no Estado do Espírito Santo

Abstract	The objective of this work was to establish and to compare reference patterns and to propose adequate va lues of leaf nutrient concentrations, starting from farmings of high productivity of conilon coffee plant, cultivated in organic and conventional way in the north area of Espirito Santo State. Leaf concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn were determined in 40 farmings under conventional cultivation and 56 farmings under organic cultivation. To establish DRIS norms (mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation), 23 farmings under conventional cultivation, with productivity iqual or greater than 60 bags per hectare and 22 organic farmings, with productivity iqual or greater than 40 bags. To compare the established norms, the test "t" of Student was used, at 1% level. Diagnoses in organic and conventional farmings were done using organic and conventional DRIS norms, through DRIS with the incorporation of dry matter data verifying the frequency of the nutrient whose index was more negative or more positive. The nutrients that presented greater index frequency DRIS more negative in the organic farmings were Mn, Cu, N and P, using organic norms and Fe, Zn and K, when using conventional norms.
