Abstract	A hierarchical nano-array of ultrathin rolled-up Co(OH)(CO3)0.5 films assembled on Ni0.25Co0.75Sx nanosheet arrays has been prepared for the construction of a supercapacitive electrode. This hierarchical arrayed structure has a high specific capacitance of 1710 F g−1 at 5 mA cm−2 and good rate capability.
