| Abstract | To solve the resource planning and scheduling technology of payload problem by optimizing the scheme of the resources on satellite to complete the missions excellently, this paper introduced a bio-inspired evolutionary derived from the simulation of the evolution of the plasmodium, which was named as Plasmodium Evolutionary Algorithm (PEA). In PEA, the both the schizogamy and sexual propagation were employed. In the schizogamy, individuals will proliferate with monomer variation to perform local search, while in the sexual propagation, the chromes will cross over to perform global search. With the resource planning and scheduling technology of payload problem was modeled to a combinatorial optimization problem, PEA has been employed to solve a simulation case. By comparisons with other evolutionary algorithms, the simulation results have shown the feasibility and effectiveness of PEA. |
