| Abstract | The formulation of the teaching-learning method for the formation of moral and social skills responds to an educational model directed to the intersubjective field where, what, is to deal with ethical dilemmas and, how, refers to motivation as a process that makes it possible.The theoretical basis lies, on one hand, in the phenomenological-hermeneutic contribution of the genesis of the constitution of the individual- intersubjective-group sense, the genesis of empathic relationship link, and the genesis of the action, through internal and/or external motivation, in an ontological or epistemological level (Husserl, 1925; Waldenfels, 1997; Ricoeur,2003), involving the dialectical process of the three levels of motivation and in terest (apprehension, reproduction and recognition), by virtue of perceptionand memory.On the other hand, under the pragmatic twist in the new conceptionof morality and ethics, where transcendental pragmatic conditions of language,constitutes theoretical and practical ethical pre-assumptions, recognizedand validated empirically from the practice (Habermas, 1987, 1996;Apel , 2001). |
