Abstract	The present final degree aims to research and review the available information about the subject of the study focusing on restorative practices as a pedagogical innovation and as a complementary tool to mediation as well. It is demonstrated that its application to school contexts becomes an essential tool for conflict prevention as well as resolution and thus indirectly influence in teaching learning processes positively.
