Abstract	The following report is a presentation of a standardization process of laboratory-educational university base meant to teach about computer system management according to evolution of e-PUAP platform in national administration responsible for public services. The report discusses selected technological system issues, the operations done by institutions in order to develop corporation applications on many different administration levels and the models of project and administration team improvement. A main trend of student education was presented with particular consideration of languages and tools for modeling and development of corporation computer system architectures in national institutions.
