| Abstract | Welcome to the Ninth IEEE International Conference on Semantic Computing (ICSC 2015). Building on the success of its predecessors, ICSC 2015 continues to be a major international interdisciplinary forum for information exchange and discussion on topics related to major advances in semantic computing, an emerging field that addresses technologies which facilitate activities that allow users to create, manipulate, or retrieve computational content based on semantics (“meaning”, “context”, and “intention”), where “content” may be text, video, audio, software, hardware, network, environment, process, etc. The technical program of ICSC 2015 consists of invited talks and paper presentations. |
