To meetthe objectives, it was necessary to useresearch methods such as: Historical Methodallowed to knowthehistory ofthe company,DeductiveandAnalytical Method, through which itwas inferredand analyzed theviews expressed bythe manager andinterviewedworkers andrespondentsrespectively, determining the organization of theentity andoffice. The techniquesused werethe interviewthe manager, surveyed136 workersand direct observationof these techniquesallowed to determinethecontext or environmentthat the company, confrontationof realityexists ontalent managementanda clear and comprehensiveknowledge ofadministrative management.Below is aHistory ofthe carrierliquidand drycargoJarrinCarreraCo.was performed.Ltda.Where elsethemacroandmicrolocalization andthe oldplan will bepresented.Becoming knownthe resultsof the interviewappliedthe managerof the company andthe surveyconductedemployeesthereof, which providesvaluable informationon the functionscurrently servingemployeesof the companyand the processofadmission and employment.
