| Abstract | This work is focused on the development of a multi-scale simulation software for the design of CNT-film devices for various applications. The modeling of the film is based on a stochastic algorithm that randomly generates bendable objects in a 3D space. The transport is calculated with a hybrid model that combines the NEGF approach with a circuit-level SPICE simulation. The validation of the model has been performed by comparing the simulations with the measurements of different kind of devices. |
