| Abstract | DPNTM is a versatile technology that leverages microfluidic ink delivery systems with Scanning Probe Microscopy and has applications in biotechnology, photomask repair, molecular electronics, nano-electronics and mask-less lithography. In earlier studies the DPN process was optimized through the design, development, prototype fabrication, testing and manufacture of commercial microfluidic devices called “InkwellsTM” for biotechnology applications in genomics and proteomics. This work describes the next generation microfluidic ink delivery devices for DPN applications in combinatorial chemistry relevant to drug discovery and biotechnology. |
