Abstract	This paper describes the latest developments in the design of a tool to monitor Patient Discharge Summaries to detected pieces of evidences related to Hospital Acquired Infections. Anonymization, Named Entity detection, Temporal Expressions analysis and Causality detection methods have been developed and evaluated. They are embedded in a tool designed to work in a Hospital Information Workflow.
