Abstract	The following work is meant to develop a specific and accurate diagnose about organizational climate in a part of the administrative area of the “Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira”, corresponding to some of the strategic, central and evaluative processes; permitting to qualify and evaluate the working environment of those offices. Due to the heterogeneity of those offices, it is almost irrelevant to conclude a general value about the administrative part that was assigned to the present work; therefore, the analysis process became centered in every small part, specifically focusing on each one of the offices of the different areas, allowing to make a punctual evaluation of the organizational climate. Through the analysis involved in the present work, diverse factors were put to practice, including: organizational knowledge acquired through a previous situational study, administrative strategies exposed in a context of mere theory, besides applying diverse statistic techniques that were developed throughout the entire professional career. Finally, and by the means of the descriptive study of the 13 factors applied on the poll (Team work, Leadership, Change adaptation, Empowerment, Belonging sense, Corporative image, Communication, Motivation, Negotiation and conflict management, Relations, Acknowledgement for the work, Occupational health and Information), it was possible to unify and focalize the effort in the formulation of specific strategies meant to improve the working environment of those collaborators who made the present work possible.
