Abstract	O presente artigo cientifico tem por finalidade demonstrar a importância da insercao do ensino da Constituicao Federal nas grades curriculares do ensino medio brasileiro, com vistas ao aperfeicoamento da democracia participativa no Brasil. Neste artigo discute-se sobre o projeto de lei do Senado de autoria do Senador Romario e sua importância. Alem disso, demonstra a necessidade da formacao e transformacao da cidadania dos jovens estudantes, cujo verdadeiro objetivo e entrega-los a nocao da necessidade da participacao ativa na vida politica do Pais, no intuito maior de multiplicar defensores da cidadania. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Constituicao, Democracia Participativa, Ensino Medio, Cidadania, Estado Democratico de Direito. ABSTRACT: This article aims to demonstrate the importance of inserting the teaching of the Federal Constitution into Brazilian high school subjects, so that it is possible to develop the participatory democracy of the country. This article discusses the Senate bill authored by Senator Romario and its importance. In addition, it demonstrates the need for the formation and transformation of the citizenship of young students, whose real objective is to give them the notion of the need for active participation in the political life of the country, in order to increase the number of supporters of citizenship.
