| Abstract | espanolEste trabajo ha establecido el conjunto de servicios que las redes empresariales pueden ofrecer a las pymes para mejorar su competitividad, hemos podido determinar un conjunto de dimensiones, que permiten ordenarlos, pudiendo establecer una logica de trabajo, para facilitar su oferta y demanda por parte de los agentes que configuran una economia, con especial protagonismo para los integrantes del sistema de ciencia y tecnologia que en la economia del siglo XXI juegan un papel esencial para el bienestar de cualquier sociedad. Las principales aportaciones del estudio han sido organizadas en torno a su aplicabilidad en distintos ambitos, como el academico, el empresarial, el de las redes empresariales y particularmente en el ambito de las AEIs, asi como en el del diseno de politicas industriales por parte de los decisores publicos. De esta forma y en un sentido mas operativo, se han logrado una serie de objetivos: - Objetivo 1: Determinar la oferta de servicios de las AEI´s espanolas y valorar en que medida dicha oferta es coherente con la propuesta teorica de la literatura de gestion. - Objetivo 2: Determinar el nivel de demanda de estos servicios por parte de las empresas. - Objetivo 3: Determinar la importancia de los distintos servicios para la competitividad futura de las Pymes segun las AEI´s. - Objetivo 4: Determinar el grado de relacion entre oferta y nivel de importancia concedida a los distintos servicios, asi como la relacion entre demanda e importancia de los mismos - Objetivo 5: En general, identificar las ineficiencias asignativas de recursos, por desajustes entre la oferta, la demanda y la importancia de servicios que generan desajustes en el funcionamiento de las AEI´s. - Objetivo 6: Determinar las principales caracteristicas de la estructura actual de las AEI´s, asi como los componentes fundamentales de su estrategia. EnglishThis work has established the services set that enterprise networks can offer SMEs to improve their competitiveness. We were able to determine a set of dimensions that allow sorting them being able to establish a working logic, to facilitate their offer and demand from the agents that configure an economy, with particular prominence of members from science and technology system that in economy of XXI century play an essential role for the welfare of any society. The study main contributions have been organized around its applicability in different scopes, as the academician, the entrepreneurial, enterprise networks and particularly in the field of Innovative Companies Agrupation (ICAs), as well as in the design of industrial policies by public decision-makers. So that, and in a more operational sense, several objectives have been achieved: - Objective 1: Determine the offer of services of the Spanish ICA's and value what such offer is consistent with the theoretical proposal of management literature. - Objective 2: Determine the level of demand of these services by companies. - Objective 3: Determining importance of different services for future competitiveness of SMEs according the ICA's. - Objective 4: Determine the degree of relationship between offer and level of importance granted to the various services, as well as the relationship between demand and importance granted to the various services - Objective 5: In general, identify inefficiencies allocative of resources, by mismatches between offer, demand and the importance of services that generate mismatches in the functioning of the ICA's. - Objective 6: Determine the main features of the current structure of the ICA's as well as key components of its strategy. |
