Ambas novedades sin duda incentivaran la organizacion de la actividad empresarial con recurso a este nuevo subtipo social EnglishThe Mexican corporate regulation has a specific Act to regulate business companies since the early twentieth century. However, the typological organization had so far affected the preponderance of shares companies. The recent reform of the General Companies Act has introduced a simplified version of this social type, besides allowing sole proprietorship regimes. Both developments undoubtedly will encourage the organization of business using this new type. |
