NDLI: How do teachers perceive mandated pedagogical change and its enactment

Abstract	This study investigated the impact of mandated pedagogical change on teachers. It traced the narratives of ten teachers and found that teacher identity and professionalism were crucial elements to consider when implementing change. It found that school leadership was integral to the change process.
