| Abstract | The aim of the present study was to investigate factors affecting the establishment of the staff of organizational workforce system planning of Maskan bank in west Azarbaijan province. The present research was applied research and in terms of data collection was descriptive study and theoretical. The statistic population of this research was staff of Maskan bank in west Azarbaijan province and 175 individuals were selected using stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaire which consisted of 19 questions that had good validity and reliability and (Cronbach's alpha coefficients) was 0.749. Data was analyzed using Friedman and Wilcoxon tests. The results of this study demonstrated that organizational workforce planning system establishment effected by environmental factors, organizational factors, and institutional factors on the establishment of the organizational workforce planning system establishment. |
