| Abstract | Transformational leadership and its relationship with organizational culture in the corporate sector. The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of transformational leadership and its relationship with organizational cuhure in the corporate sector, This research is carried out on 240 respondents in six construction companies and consultants through questionnaires and interviews with 12 managers. The findings of this research are consistent with the findings of other previous researchers. These findings showed that characteristic of transformational leadership are present in managers of the construction and consultant companies and organizational culture is present among workers. The correlation analysis shows that there exists a relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture and the characteristic of motivational inspiration highly related to organizational culture. The research indicates that there is correlation between the time period workers know their managers and their perception towards the managers. The findings showed that graduate workers have a higher perception towards a manager’s transformational leadership qualities. As a whole this research had achieved all its stated objectives and had answered all the questions. |
