Abstract	The theme of Distance Education in recent years gained prominence in academic discussions in Brazil and its offering, specifically dealing with the Accounting area, is growing in graduation courses in Accounting Sciences. Therefore, Distance Education has become a viable and attractive proposition for many students who have come to look for the advantages obtained from this methodology.
