| Abstract | In this work intends to show as the Constitutional State of Law which is the highest stage of the Social Democratic State of law-, seeks to be implemented by means of the concept of human dignity, which has worked for the Colombian Constitutional Court, and as this concept achieved complete its intention by means of fundamental rights and the subject of rights.
