| Abstract | The creative, management and distribution knowledge capacities of an organization is fundamental to be more competitive and stays at front of it's rivals. At this context, an integrated knowledge system could be a organization's powerful tool. Managers can use these systems to get better specification and modeling of decision process, to represent and manager the existent knowledge at organization and choose the best alternative. This paper presents a model of integrated knowledge system architecture that uses several technologies at organization's knowledge management process and provides the efficiency and effectiveness to the decision process. |
