Abstract	This Project is born from the increasing concern gi ven the high accident rate found in the streets of the country. The main problem starts wit h the necessity of all human beings of doing different activities within a certain territory; re ason for which a determined movement in a given are a is needed in order to do all kind of different acti vities. It is for this reason that every day, sever al trips take place in a city connecting people from points of origins to their several destinations using numerous transportation systems within a public inf rastructure, because of this, any perturbation affecting the order found on this system that uses different mediums or methods in order to properly flow and accomplish what it was created for, increa s s the chances for accidents to happen. The intent of this document is to identify the degree o f relevance that the Concessions and the State or Nation, as direct responsible in the care of the ro ad infrastructure in this country present the RSA, as the primary tool for the mitigation and prevention f traffic accidents within the roads that they ove r see; in the same sense, be able to show the benefit s that are brought in as a result of the motion preform, by helping identify the critical points an d accident chances in each and everyone of the road development projects that are or will take place.
