Abstract	To carry out this management research site-specific nutrient in the cultivation of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.), it took into account one of the main provinces of the north of the country; Carchi throughout the year dedicated to potato production. The assays were installed in three locations with the variety Superchola; Mata Redonda to 2824 meters, San Vicente to 2954 m and 3367 m and Bellavista to its geographical position coordinates are West Longitude: 77 ° 39 '49' to 77 ° 54 '59 "and North Latitude: 00 ° 25' 34 "up to 00 ° 42 '. The factors under this research were ten treatments (complete fertilization -N, -P, -K-Ca, MG, -S, -B, absolute control, farmer fertilization) in three locations. Design of randomized complete block, in each locality, with 10 treatments and three replications. The results for the town of Mataredonda in specific gravity moving average of this town of 1,096 was g.cc-1, there were no statistical differences between treatments. The tuber dry matter to average for this town was 22.49%, and the treatment was more dry matter T2 (default N) with 24.26%, while the lowest was T3 (default K) with 21.03%. In the town of San Vicente average yield expressed in t ha-1 no differences between treatments were detected in all categories. In the town of Bellavista results of specific gravity moving average was 1,098 g.cc-1, in this town there were no statistical differences between treatments.
