| Abstract | Managing and developing water resources are very important for complying clean water for human being. Clean water in IPB Dramaga Campus supplied by water treatment plant. Financial analysis did to evaluate and develop water treatment plant. Analysis did to 7 water treatment plant from two rivers, Cihideung River and Ciapus River. Analysis that used are production cost analysis, production main cost analysis, break event point analysis, and financial proper analysis. This research shows that production main cost for each WTP are Rp. 408.74/m 3 (WTP Cihideung 1-4), Rp.1,130.02 /m 3 (WTP Cihideung 5 with UF system), Rp. 614.07/m 3 (WTP Ciapus for Lecturer Site and other Dormitory), and Rp. 610.10/m 3 (WTP Ciapus for Dormitory of TPB). Financial proper analysis contains net present value analysis, internal rate of return analysis, and cost-benefit ratio analysis. This analysis did for WTP Cihideung with UF system. The result from this analysis shows that this WTP can’t proper to continue. There is one plan for making the process of this WTP can be continued, increasing work time and price of treated water for consumer. |
