| Abstract | Purpose – the purpose of this article is to analyze the range of use of accounting, financial analysis and budgeting in the financial management of Pomeranian hospitals. Design/Methodology/Approach – questionnaire survey. Findings – evaluation of the use of financial management tools by Pomeranian hospitals in 2013. Originality/Value – the scope of financial management tools, such as: accounting, financial analysis and budgeting used in the Pomeranian hospitals wasn’t known so far. This article fills this gap and encourages the discussion on the possibility of its fuller use by medical entities. |
