| Abstract | In this research, a study on the commercial practice in Colombia as a source of law, and particularly their theory, practice and use through case law and the doctrine of the Chamber of Commerce was held. Likewise, there was an identification of the main customs that have been recognized as a source of law, also recent legal proceedings, which are being made to achieve this category; and the projection that this source of law is to solve the new business dynamics (innovative administrative processes which is reflected quality standards in each organizational process, efficiently reaching the required target). For this use it was made of the rulings of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and Arbitral Awards, with the support of the relevant doctrine to the case. |
